I believe humanity owes a lot to WeWork. They came up with a humane and social way of working. Before them, the stark and lonely system we increasingly unbearable. I hope they recover as a company and find a creative way around worldwide issues like Covid. It was such an unpredictable smack in their face that it even hurts me, as I once faced that same kind of unpredictability in a business I owned. Miguel has the right attitude and I can only congratulate him. I wish him nothing but success in his new ventures! Bravo!

Let’s take a second to appreciate the skill and effort it takes to build 100s of offices around the world in a few short years. For all the faults that’s an amazing effort that takes real talent

How will this impact We Work stock price? It’s already dipping to < USD 2 / share.

45 bucks a day is crazy, or the monthly pass being around 300? And then have to pay for the drinks is outrageous

$45 a day is if you need to like book a desk for a day. A lease for a small, empty office space can be like $1200 a month where I live, so $300 actually sounds great

This guy might lease shuttered or abandoned old factory buildings and try to retail rent to small manufacturers.

Wework founders are the worst people to start new ventures. They clearly know how to mess up a company

Actually, Miguel was the one level headed guy in that whole company. He fought with Adam incessantly and is probably one of the only reasons WeWork was ever a functioning business most times.
