Please for the love of God & all that is sacred ensure our Supermarkets receive only ripe Pineapple's! ...their staff seem to be under the wrong impression that Pineapple's ripen 'after' being harvested, so our shelves are full of green hard juiceless wastes of potential delicious fruit! The Germans have no problem receiving only ripe 'Yellow' Pineapple's into their Supermarkets so why do stores here struggle to!?
If the government cared there would be a ban on food imports that do not meet our own standards.
If the Government is truly working towards maintaining food security, why is it squeezing farmers out of the markets via rising costs.
