For most of bodybuilders health is important I indeed knew his rules..I'm resting &its not withoutbreason ill chock my muscles in the beltway I can...with his rules not jaycutler or romnicoleman..if I would die it would hapoen till now but 2 month later I'll start by stronger dteroids&I must defeat the rock finally
Who cares about remembering these guys. It was more important if he was alive right now.
