The eye pigments are amazing. Fully pigmented. A lil goes a long way. Use a brush to blend. Can be used as shadow and liner. And lasts ALL DAY. Will not budge or wash off wet in pool or in rain etc. you have to blend them fast on eye.

Don’t think the ice can do the same but the eye cooler and yeah it’s better when you keep it in the freezer
