Bujin Thunder Dragon is the Way | Yugioh Deck Profile

The Bujin deck has come a long way since Judgment of the Light. How are we feeling about Bujin Bystial Thunder Dragon Control? I think a couple things could be tightened up but otherwise it’s fun to play around with at locals if you have a less competitive scene. Maybe someday Konami will give us the support we deserve.

After messing around with it for a few more days I think it’s worth fitting the Utopia Double package in somewhere. Just too good to leave out Leo and Pegasus negates. Let me know how it works for you!

Hi, what do u think bujins need in a dream support wave?
I think that would be nice a continuous/field spell that makes bujin grave effects quick (like orcust field spell), maybe with some protection in and possibly a search to be also a starter. Next another starter that search any bujin card, also spell and traps, maybe that sends a bujin from deck to grave as cost (but it it could be too broken to send turtle as cost😅). Other cards can be new beasts and new xyz that have quick effect during opponents turn (possibly summonable with any 2 rank 4 for a possible sinergy with Raizeol deck). What do u think?

I think that a searcher is a must. I would prefer a spell, maybe a field spell so it’s searchable or a new beast warrior that can search spells and traps. Right now the deck is kind of Torifune or bust. I completely agree that an extra deck monster with a quick effect is necessary. We need some sort of interaction available on our opponents turn that isn’t just the Bujingi. I would also love to see a spell with an effect when activated and a different effect in the graveyard. Maybe a monster reborn that can banish itself out of the graveyard to negate an effect that targets a Bujin or something.

@@seanrhule11 with Maxx C you can probably get away with not running small world. So maybe cut that, add 3 Maxx C, then pick wichever hand trap (probably ash) to play at 3 instead of the small world target handtraps and use the extra spot for whatever you like. Could maybe be like a prosperity or something

I could see there being some good synergy. The soldier effect can search any of your Bujins, they add some interaction during the opponents battle phase, and if you wanted to go a different route with the extra deck, it gives a bunch of recyclable fodder for generic links/ xyz. If you come up with any ideas I’d love to hear about them. I’ll have to give it a try myself as well and see what I can come up with!
