Hi @Catalan, thanks for the great intro video, my daughter just turn 7, but she play in the club for 2 years. She's in the top 2 rank of her ages in the clud. Is this suite for her age? Or it's still too early (or too big to a 7 years old girl)?
Depends on your preferred usage. If you are playing one set position every game and your heat map will always be very similar, a GPS tracker won’t show you much you don’t already know from a heat map.
Sorry if I'm bothering you with so many questions but my parents are really intrested in this product. ok so we have 4 people who would be using this. Could my parents buy 4 separate kits on the same plan or would they have to buy a plan for each kit? Thanks so much!
Hey Leon! No the device records all data and then next time you are near your phone it transfers over via bluetooth. You could leave your phone at home and still get all the data recorded then just upload when you get back!
also, would you need a separate plan for each account? Like if multiple of my family players use it can we get separate accounts on the same player maker and not have to get another plan? or is it best to just use the same account for all family members?
This is a paid review, we need a independent review with someone using it in training and on the pitch over a month. How does it know you recovered the ball?
This is not a paid review. We receive no money for any of the products we review. The software tracks receiving and sending touches, not ball recoveries. This review is made to help people make a buying decision and show whether it could help them with their coaching/training.
@@CatalanSoccer the video came up with paid review on it. I’ll watch it again but i’m sure you said ball recoveries. How does it know the difference between a receiving and sending touch?
The accelerometer in the device measures the direction the foot is travelling (or not moving) as the ball contact is made. This means the device then knows whether a ball is being struck or controlled. Really clever how it all works!
In the leagues I play in players can get really dirty specially the Romas wannabe, a CB broke my ankle from a slide tackle so I think this can get damaged really easily unlike GPS vest
My daughter has not had any success using these on her indoor cleats. The bottom strap slips around and becomes a distraction on the field. We have sidelined them during the indoor season which is a shame.
@@CatalanSoccer awesome im buying mine today i just worried as a winger i get slide tackled a lot so i thought the rubber or tracker might damaged by the other persons studs etc

Would you recommend this or the gps vest as i note the main difference is the heat map

Does it show you a heat map of your position over 90 minutes?
No because it’s not working with gps
Does the uno playmaker have to be close to the phone

is there any sort of subscription with this product?
No it’s a free app the only cost is a one off purchase of the device!
do you have to get a plan to use the app and stuff? or is that just an optional thing?
The app is part of the system that record your data so you need that subscription yes
@@CatalanSoccer ok thanks

How many weeks of data can the app hold
The data is stored online, so months of data. We’ve never filled ours after hundreds of session

It can still be great for training and practice. These are worn in games and whilst they are not invincible, they are very durable.
i broke someone’s ankle with a slide tackle and it was given as a throw in to them no foul 🥱
@@Ryan-yn6on Not something to be proud off
Hey nice video mate , can I wear this in matches?
Yes you can! They are pretty durable and made to be played in matches!
@@CatalanSoccer fifa agreed in this ?
How do I get one?
Can you use indoor cleats with them
Yes they work with Pretty much any footwear

What happens when my subscription runs out?
You can automatically renew the subscription!
Surely it won't last long after a few games won't the rubber rip or tracker get damaged if you get tackled or kicked on the foot?????
In 30 test matches we haven’t had any issues. They are far more durable than you’d think!

Does the app cost anything?
No totally free!
How can I see technical on my reports? I see psychical only.
