I think the best buffet we have tasted is at Rise Restaurant, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore
Loved the hospitality of the staff and food servers, very attentive
They give you a lited set of very fresh seafood based on the no of people in your table. I must say we cant finish it all!
The theme of the buffet is SEA with food and dessert stations from Indian, Thai, Viet, International, Chinese, Peranakan
Favourite was the beef ribeye and lamb grilled station. Lamb was more on the Middle Eastern style and super tender
For desserts, like wise was also from the SEA region with cakes from Vietnam and also local kuehs.
Oh, I know you should not eat breads as a buffet strategy but you got to pick up those pretzel rolls. Salty and chewy!

Hi for me I will look for buffet with fresh Oyster, snow crab, lobster, prima ham, double boiled ginseng chicken soil, sashimi etc.
Nothing special. Definitely not worth the money. I don't see any foie gras, caviar or champagne. I rather have locally sourced fresh seafood than king crab that was previously frozen.
