I was thinking Red Velvet too haha, but they are their own, their concept and debut sky-rocketed them into my top 10 fave ggs and I mean...I stan over 35 ggs
Uhhh billie is like red velvet with a legit rapper (not hating on irene yerii i love them both) soo imagine!!! I hope they'll keep this sound going forward, kind of creepy and velvety style. I love it
this group made me go back to kpop--- its so refreshing to see a group that doesnt follow the formula they never intend to blend in... its so hard to find a group like that now
this fucking rocks. new gen kpop groups need to look to this as an example of experimentation that pays off. just making the same loud, grating, predictable beats is not experimental, it’s just a worse-sounding way to do something already overdone. but this entire ep turns that 4th gen trend on its head. it plays with structure and sound in a way that is impactful and funky but still tethered to a format of accessible pop music. great vocal performances too, especially on the ballad cut
idk if anyone saw the album cover and thought of like those old travelers book covers or maybe instruction manuals? like the 1920s graphics? when they saw it, but i sure did and like it definitely grabbed my attention and made me want to take a listen--
So far all their songs are bops and this is so experimental for a debut group. They feel like a senior group already, their talents and skills feel like they've debuted 5 years ago.

Flipping a coin is fun, flowerld is really beautiful and the eleventh day + everybody’s got a secret are really my style.
@@yo2992 Definitely. I'm similar to you though. RXR is so addicting to me. I never get bored with it and it's on repeat. The rest are good songs but they aren't as intriguing to me as the TT.

I LOVE THIS ALBUM SO MUCH 💖💖💗💗 honestly even among my bias groups I don’t believe I’ve found an album that is completely no-skip worthy (even if it’s just one lacking song)… until now !! a pleasure to listen to for all twenty minutes, and p unique in concept
The last three songs really stand out to me. The eleventh day is really sassy and luxurious while everybody’s got a secret is secretive and fun and the rumor is just funky.
my personal favs are definitely flowerld and the eleventh day, flowerld gives off that kdrama ost vibe like I can definitely hear it in an emotional romance kdrama, it's perfect, the eleventh day gives off that krnb vibe, nice and chill can definitely listen to during a long car ride or rainy days, overall billlie's discography is definitely a no skip and hoping they'll release more music soon 🤞🏻
Everybody's got a Secret def shows their vocals. Ring x Ring feels like a song from an action movie. While I'm curious to know the lyrics of the eleventh day.

Damm I'm 2 years to late but I didn't want to get too attached to another group and they just disappear on me again I just saw tsuki & joy from red velvet on a show and her and yuqi and chuu I can't get away from her and I love moonsua so it's time to join the Billlie party 🎉😊
I think Ring X Ring for me is fine as the title track. The editing of the scenes in the mv for me just looks so scattered. Watching the mv is annoying since it takes away the interesting sound. But seriously "Everybody's got a secret" sounds like it could be comeback rather than a Bside
