A total of 16,663 coupes rolled out of the plant and only 3,409 of those were dressed in the Dark Red Metallic from GM. New for 1989 are 17” wheels that are wrapped by Pirelli SuperSports.
The C4 Corvette is powered by a 5.7L Tuned Port Injection V8 that pumps out a healthy 240hp as it's paired to the effortless 4-speed automatic. A G92 rear differential and 2.59:1 axle ratio helps get you up to speed and cruise down the highway.
The interior shows just how advanced the '89 Corvettes were. Bump the key and watch the timeless digital gauges appear. With its “uphill” design, this cluster looks as good as when it left the factory! The leather has a healthy wear to it and options are plentiful with A/C, power windows, power locks, cruise, tilt, dual power seats, Delco/Bose sounds system, AM/FM/Cassette, power mirror, and the wonderful blue tinted targa top with the factory wrench!
Recent maintenance includes a new catalytic converter, engine oil and filter change, coolant temp sensor, and the A/C system checked.
