You didn’t mention when you added the lemon zest. And you said 2 oranges in the ingredients. Did you mean zest of 2 oranges. Your directions were not clear!

Did you drain the ricotta? Mine came out very wet. Also, did yours drop in size after cooling? Mine was sooo tall and then dropped in half!

When you read the transcript it says zest of 2 oranges😊 and they put them both in at the same time also on the transcript
