💜🦄💟 Great review. I’ve been wanting to try this product but hesitant I’d be wasting my money because I’m dark skin and I’m not sure if it’ll work for me. Having PCOS and the unwanted hair growth that comes with this is so costly to get rid of and having an at home system would be so helpful.

Girl i think I’m going to get it now because of this video. Does it burn or hurt? And what level will you recommend I’m slightly lighter in complexion but some areas of my body are darker.
Hey ! It doesn’t hurt at all as a POC I only recommend using on level 1 to avoid burning ! Please use your discretion and test only one second of your body before going crazy anywhere else 😊

Should I see stubble immediately after 1st use? I shaved first, but I didn’t know if I should be able to tee my little hairs after shaving or if I shouldn’t see ANYTHING

For how long after the treatment do dark skin people need to stay out of the sun or wear sunblock? And why would you get burned if you dont? Does this damage skin melanin?
You mention using it on clean skin but in another video you talk about wearing sunscreen, is sunscreen ok / does it actually affect our skin like the sun does? I need to do more research.

The sunscreen application is for after using the product. Definitely do your research because I am sharing what works for me but these are the steps I follow when I use my device 😊

I have the green model is there a difference I got mine from eBay which was a lot CHEAPER!
There’s is a slight difference and I don’t think the green one has auto glide. If you check my videos I do have a review on the green one
@@DanielleShantal How often do you use it and how long is your sessions? I just got mine about a month ago m! My session is 10 minutes I’ve just started using it but I don’t want to over do it!
If you are just starting I would say 1-2 times a week once you are used to the session you can go about 3 times a week

Honey I understand the struggle all so well. Imagine having to sugar wax Everyday due to a life threatening medical condition. @@bahbee I bought it a year ago & I’ve been using it consistently. TBH I see a slight decrease in hair growth but I believe there are better options for long term hair reduction specifically for African American skin . Also keep in mind I’m a lot darker than you so your results may be slightly more successful. I just barely made it past the minimum skin color on the color chart & that is the reason my results have been at a snails pace. One thing I recommend you get the Samnyte numbing cream if you plan on purchasing this machine cuz trying to do this with no numbing cream beforehand is insane !!

Low setting and just use it on areas that are not sensitive.. I do not use this device anymore but hopefully you have some luck !

It say it’s not for dark skin on Amazon it saw fair to mid fair skin tone
New video coming soon … if you watch my other videos I do share I only use this on my upper lip on a low setting.
All ipl devices are not good for brown and dark skin because they only attack dark pigments. They’re best for light skin with dark hair. It sucks but that’s what it is. If she’s only using a low setting for upper lip I guess that’s the only exception but for legs you probably need higher setting so I think the nag laser is the only option for us
Roseskinco is also an option. I just posted a video as I do not use ulike anymore

The advertisement on Amazon now excludes brown tones with the purple one. Now I’m concerned 😟

Wait two other devices other than the Ulike ones??? I have to find this review. I have something from Rose Skin or a similar brand like 4 years ago and I think I used it too high actually but it burned me and I'm not sure if it was advertised for deeper skin tone like Kelly Rowland. I wanted to try it at one but I'm interested in one that was developed with POC in mind.
