Good value for the money but those cinder block walls will be on the ground in a big earthquake,they build with the smaller brick and a lot of cement and rebar here in Thailand
I Live in QC can you give me a rough Idea what the total cost was including land i have a friend building play house in bulacan two bedroom two bath with storage room big enough for another bedroom and hes spending 750k pesos not including the land

original po ay 7 meters by 7 meters pero na dagdagan pa ng 3 meters by 10 meters kasi walang dining room at kitchen sa 7x7

@@KARETIRED so approx mga 80 sq meters. Multiply ng approx 30k per sq meter = 2.4M. Tama po. Mahal na po mgpbahay ngayon. Hehehe

@@ppcchap4033 opo iyon mga 2 aircon 1 Frigidaire 1 stove oven sample ko kayu kaya medyo mahal ang inabut mga tiles, kitchen sink faucet sa toilet medyo high-end po ang mga ginamit namin sample iyon dalawa drain cover stainless 750 pesos ang isa pero iyon normal na mumurahin mga 100 pesos lang sa Regular na hardware kaya po medyo pricy ang inabot ng pagkagawa ng bahay siguro po kung tipid or bubget lang baka 1.5m lang kasya na.

I was waiting and waiting to see where insulation was going.. Still don't see insulation .. Walls and roof getting heated up in Sun and air con going .. Sure is a nice place 👍
Thanks for watching insulation were optional in the Philippines a lot of time just the ceiling we do not put insulation between roof and ceiling even the wall we just paint over it. Sun heat is not too bad in our area thanks again for viewing our video hope this reply help you

Sir ang ganda nang bahay mo, may blueprint ba yan at may contractor ? sorry tanong lang po more or less magkano ang overall na estimate nang bahay mo. kasi balak koring gumawa thank you po.
