Salam buddy. Great video as always. Answer to your question why the water remains cold is down to simple chemical reasons. It require a lot of energy for the water to get warm and since the river water is constantly flowing, it stays cold in summer. On the opposite side the water molecules in winter become sluggish and they stick to each other producing heat that is thermal capacity of the water becomes very high which is why you'll find the water to be lukewarm in winter. Hope this makes sense.
