When I was required to play this for a band down at the local arts center, I used an inversion on that C major chord. I recommend that for anybody who doesn't feel like jumping from that A minor to the C major

I used to play synthesizers in the 80's. My last gig was 1985 and my keyboards have been collecting dust since then. I'm retiring from my day job in a month and I want to get back into music but I've found I have lost my skills and my ear. This was very helpful for me to get re-acquainted with a few things. Thank you. I'll be following you.

😊 My name is Joseph vida with a t and I started playing Polo when I was a boy but what I mean to say I started playing piano when I was 72 and I'm 75 now. I did play Polo. But now I gain great joy in playing the piano. I can come in and no matter what my mood is or what the problems of the day might be, I have very few problems, thank God, I can sit down at the piano and play whatever God gives me. I play all music that just comes to me. Mostly in the key of c sharp because it's easy for my old fat tire. Fingers to reach those keys. But this song that this young lady is teaching is just such a reaching song deep in my heart. And she's very pleasant. So I pray that I'll be able to learn it. And for all of you out there that are enjoying the piano. Hello. My father was a musician and a singer back in the 40s. I loved the way he could come in and sit down and play and sing and just take us away in the music. It was good for him. That's all. Be happy God Jesus?

She agreed to let me share her keyboard and since she loves this song I have set out on a mission to learn it within the year. I am working on the left hand and found that your instructions were very informative and made the chord changes much easier. You make it look so effortless. Thanks you

I am a beginner who doesn't know how to read music, nor do I know the piano chords (tho I know the guitar chords). So frankly this tutorial didn't help me as it doesn't explain the chords and is not played slowly note by note. Am sure it is good for those who are not beginners or know piano chords etc.

Thanks so much for taking the mystery out of playing the piano. I have been trying to learn off and on since I was 8 - over 60 years now, but was always counting on my ear so I never made any progress. Till now.
