    When the temperature is high, I normally stop feeding them at least for some hours with the high temp and ensure enough water in the pen for them to drink. It drastically reduced mortality as they are not stressed more by metabolism of feeding and digesting. I am sooo glad u have overcome the mortality ❤❤

    I beg to differ
    U can't sweep the yard when people are chilling next to it and expect them not to complain or sneeze..let's just let the dust settle b4 the chick's move to it cos now that saw dust from the wood shaving is the best moisture absorbent

      Adding to your point, he may use that dust on his "GARDEN" to help retain moisture longer after watering not dump it away.
