Parkerverse, will you please make a video and show me how to make a weather widget that shows temperature in F and C (imperial & metric) at the same time? I really need to get used to reading Celsius
@Into The Parkerverse Hi, nice tutorial, but I'm finding KWGT isn't able to do the ONE thing I installed it for... to create 1x1 folder widgets with custom icons. My pixel 8 pro does folders but they are not customisable, the icon is just a bunch of tiny icons for every folder. I'd want my social folder to have, perhaps, 2 speech bubbles, and my travel one to have a car icon etc... If this is possible on KWGT it's WAY beyond my ability to do, so I was hoping you'd know of a pack I can buy to do this. Thanks! Mark.
Yep, very helpful. But can't figure out if you go over the Grey background with your widget, how do you make that bigger too? Otherwise a portion of your widget appears cutoff. It happens if you try to make your widget quite a bit bigger. Help please :)
I'm glad you enjoyed the guide😊 By the grey sections, I believe you are talking about the KWGT canvas itself. For this, save your created widget, then head to your Homescreen and simply resize your widget (log press, resize). The canvas in KWGT directly resembles the space the widget takes up on your Homescreen. Let me know if this solved it for you 😊👍🏽

That's quite the interesting question😊, I'm sure there's a few different ways to pull this off. An example you can try out is setting up global colours, assigning numbers to each, and then adding a formula to the battery bar colour to shift between those numbers at different levels of %. 😅 To make things easier for you, I will put together a step by step guide for this as part of the next kwgt video 👍🏽.
@@IntoTheParkerverse Cheers for the reply mate I'm new to KWGT so I'll be sure to subsuscribe and keep my eyes peeled.. I pulled off a way by using red/green gradient on the fill shape and setting the red closer to the 'empty' side so the gradient isn't centered hence the red takes up about 20 percent of the battery icon.. then I added clear shapes to hide the bleed.
I have a problem The time on the widget does not match the time on my mobile and it's on one hour later and the location is set correctly. How can I fix it?
Are you looking for an analogue or digital clock? For digital clocks change the formula to include "ss" - for example from something like this "$df(HH:mm)$" to "$df(HH:mm:ss)$".
Ok, so along with the formula is suggested above. Head into your KWGT settings and change your "update mode" to "fast" or "smart". By default KWGT tries to save you battery life by limiting it's refresh rate, which causes the seconds counter to not update correctly. Let me know if this fixes it for you 😊👍🏽
