Hi! I’m currently watching your video with all my stuff set up ready to try to make a project. My question is, can I add my first layer on resin then add the picture and add the final layer of resin and then let it cure?
@@esperanzasaez7898 i am sorry i was at work . You need to add the first layer of resin let it cure overnight. Then add the image using any kind of glue . Let it dry for 20-30 minutes . Then add top layer
@@rutvicreations3470 hello, by rubber you mean silicone ? Yes, the curing time depends on the weather. If it is hot it takes less. In general it gets hard in 14hrs when you can de-molded but it keep curing artery that. Up to 48 hrs . I hope that answers your questions
Awesome 😎. Let me know how it goes . It is cold where I am at right now . It is taking a little longer to cure. Just keep that in mind . The colder the longer .
Did you laminate your photo or spray some kind of sealer on it to keep the colors from running/smurging? The finish product is just Awesome!! Thanks for sharing
What kind of photo paper do u have to use for this project? My husband lost 2 of his sons and I would love to do this for him to surprise him. Ty so much. Came out beautiful. Great work!!!!❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💙💚💛🧡❤️💜💙💚💜
Oh yes .i think he will really like it. I use regular photo paper, printed with an ink jet printer. My is shiny but you can also use the matte. I will not be necessary to make it so thick if you don’t put rose buds. I just made some photo coasters. I printed those on regular paper , on my ink jet printer. Let me know if you have any other questions. 🌹❤️🌹❤️
Always use gloves resin absorbs through the skin. It gets into your blood line and can cause problems also wear a mask the vapors can cause respiratory failure even if it’s Voc safe
Hello 👋 No, i pour the first coat and wait 3-4 hours depending on the weather . I print the image on photo paper using a ink jet printer . I put the image before it gets completely but not too soon to make bubbles and make it uneven because of the weight of the image . I pour the resin over the image one the bottom coat is dry. You are able to preserve the image of you print it on photo paper and on an ink jet printer .
Good morning and happy Sunday. Yes, the resin does not work unless it is mix. You need same parts of each. For example: 1oz resin, 1 oz hardener. Make sure you read the instruction every resin is different. I will add another link for a resin I have used that I like as well as the one I used for this video. Blessings
Hello thank you for your question. Yes it is standing. My housekeeper kept complaining that it was hard for her to put it back on the stand when she cleaned . So, I put a little bit of resin using it as glue to put the Together . I hope this helps
You need between 10-14 oz depending how bulky the flowers are. this measurement is already mix meaning 10 oz 5 of resin and 5 of hardener. here another video where I don't use rosebuds and it takes a lot less resin. I hope you like it. ruclips.net/video/UAb_Tl1PVHE/видео.html Blessings
