I agree with arron huff below: This is the clearest version I've seen also. Her form is beautiful. Who is this lady? Thanks for presenting the names of the postures. Nice video. Thanks for posting it, Brandon Smith.
thank you very very much. i am just starting to learn taichi fan and i am overwhelmed.this video is a great help. very grateful for your generosity posting this.
I have just returned to Tai Chi and the class does Fan forms. I love these forms. I was looking to see how the fan is held and flicked open. This s a very clear (and impressive) demonstration to watch. I can like knowing the names of the moves. Thank you as I now want to learn this.
I led a small group from my Chinese class in eighth grade when we did this dance for the school's spring festival celebration. I learned everything from this video! :D
That was beautiful! I am just learning how to practice the martial arts fan, but with a Tae Kwon Do style. Thank you so much for uploading this--it's so helpful!
I have several other annotated videos I've made of Taiji and qigong performances. I made a playlist and I'm going to try put a link to it here. If that fails, go to my channel and look. ruclips.net/video/335kdFQ690Y/видео.html
Are there any classes near you that teach any kind of whole body movement work? If you like the way the teacher moves, and you like the way he or she teaches, then that is the place to start. Once you are more confident about your body -- that it and your mind are cooperating well -- then you can probably find you can learn off videos. I can't emphasize enough that you do need a teacher or coach to watch you move and help you learn how to communicate with your body.
I was trained in a fan form many years ago by my Master, this woman did a phenomenal job - lovely to watch!
that is by far the clearest version of the fan form I have seen....

Does anyone know the name of the song?
Marta, it's called Chinese Kung Fu, ruclips.net/video/3wTgyLC7NIs/видео.html
Marta, English subtitles of the lyrics lyricstranslate.com/en/zhongguo-gongfu-%E4%B8%AD%E5%9B%BD%E5%8A%9F%E5%A4%AB-chinese-kung-fu.html
請問配樂的歌名為何?
According to a copyright claim by Audiam (Label), the song is Kung Fu by John William. But I've heard it in other contexts, so I don't know for sure.
