Love the blue cabinets and the floors in the bathrooms. Nice large bedrooms. Love the large Utility room and the island. 😊
I like that wood burning stove! My dad built two rock walls that met in the corner, and built a hearth about4'×6', and put a big cast iron wood burning stove on it, and that's all we had for winter for many years.
I love that shower and the nice sized water closet. I am not sure I like the front kitchen and back livingroom but I did like the woodburning stove. That's cool!

Wish you gave us a much better view of the cabinets and area where the wall oven was, please try to capture the whole kitchen in a shot. Love the dining area and utility room. The bathroom floors are beautiful. The one definit change I would want is to have a stone on the walls behind the Franklin stove in the living room. This is a very very nice home and love that it's not the same old open plan like so many others.

That's gorgeous. A couple of things it's missing though, a coat closet although you could put hooks in the utility room and there's no storage cupboards or linen cupboards. I love the interior doors and the wood.
In my opinion,Franklin makes the best homes! Love the master bath,,it gives off a spa feel! Thanks for showing this one Nate.

I love this home!!! The counter tops; floor finishes; shiplap treatments; freezer space in the utility room and knock out master suite, all put this home at the top of the list. Amazing price point also! Great job in navigating 'the crowd' to bring us a good showing of all the features and angles. You are a pro Nate 😊

Very good layout. One of the best I've seen. Also, you do very good when there's a crowd. Honestly, if I were one of those sales people in the way I would have actually got out of the way knowing that your video might make a sale. Maybe do a wave to the camera .... something.

Not a fan of the sliding barn doors and the sink in the island. Otherwise, a nice house.
This is really interesting. A few changes, only personal likes. The master shower as a passthru is not good... my husband would have water everywhere!
Everything is perfect except for windows not in right
spots in the bathrooms,a plus for gas stove .
Love the home but not a fan of the layout of the living room with the couch behind the door and the wall where the TV is located is way too small. No cost closet or linen closet in the the home. Those are a must.
I prefer a traditional fireplace. Too much wood accents. Not a fan of the dark blue cabinets. I would like lighter blue for the cabinets.
Massive home with no linen closet or coat closet. Unacceptable! There are a few must haves in a home. A coat closet, a linen closet, space for at least a stand up freezer. A small to medium pantry is a great bonus. And a spot for the kitty litter!
Perhaps you can submit a floor plan that is “ acceptable “ to Franklin Homes that was specifically drawn by you! Sounds like you have some architectural experience that out does what they do … I’m sure that these professionals would welcome your words of guidance … 🤷🏻♀️
I just can't view this with people thru out.
Poorly designed master bathroom.
The master closet doesn't allow for the depth of hangers and a person moving to get to one side of the closet to the other.
The kitchen is lacking counter space for prepping food. There is no pantry.
One bathroom to share among three bedrooms and visitors in the home, it's just uncomfortable.
I like the way you present the homes. Franklin didn't do a good job on this one.
