I just installed one of these twice. First time, unfortunately I had it turned inside out, and the zippers were on the top instead of on the bottom. But…. It easily came down and I quickly reinstalled. Just a tip for others…. I put a piece of colored taped along the crescent edge front inside to show the center of the opening to start the staples. It really helped make the installation fairly easy as noted in the video. The aluminum tape along the edges gave it a great seal. I’m going to add a piece of white duct tape under where the zippers meet and note “Open Zippers Here” - just for the poor guy that has to get up there and unsure of how to get through the cover. Thanks for posting this - as it looks like it will work great.

Thanks for the short and to the point video. Will this also make a difference during summer? Have you noticed a difference in energy savings or comfort since installing this?

It’s supposed to help all year round. Keep cold air in your house in the summer and keep hot air inside during the winter. As far as savings, I haven’t tracked it long enough to figure that out, but I assume it’s helping by the nature of what it does.
