Beautiful car. They carried over the nice design of the ILX into this Integra, but updated what they needed to like the interior. Would definitely consider over some of the competition.

Just bought my integra yesterday and i had the new honda only for 6 mos i traded it. It doesn’t check all my boxes. I love my integra so much and im keeping it!

@ it is slow it doesn’t have the power like the acura has. It doesnt feel as solid as acuras. When you drive these two cars its a night and day difference. I know some people said oh acura is way overpriced id still go with the civic but never have driven one. I would suggest to test drive these both two cars & you can tell the difference. Also, acura has more specs than the civic. We drive honda and acura but we noticed throughout the years seems like honda are making their quality cheaper than it used to. Honestly, id prefer a 98 honda than the newer cars.

Thanks for a great review. I would, definitely, go for the Civic. The CVT has no place in this car.

I have a 2023 A Spec trim with the CVT and it's a blast to drive. Very fuel efficient also if you don't drive too crazy. It does have a few shortcomings. No USB or power in the rear, no rear center armrest, no spare tire, and the interior road noise is loud in my opinion.

      Should've got the tech package.

Those shortcomings are unforgivable for the price as is the CVT transmission. 🥵

The shortcomings you mention are because you did not get the TECH package. I have the TECH and it DOES have rear USB ports and a center arm rest in the back seat. Also, i don’t think the road noise is loud, especially considering the Integra has the ELS sound system which sounds AMAZING! And unless you plan on driving over potholes a lot, the spare tire is not needed. Either way, you probbaly should have spent the extra 2k if those other options meant that much to you 😉

The paddle shifters in my TSX Wagon are substantial and work great in conjunction with the K24z3 four banger. This Integra with a hybrid or a real automatic would be more enticing.

The tech package is worth the $

I’d go for the Integra but only with the manual. If the CVT was the only option, I’d go with the Si. I get that it is based on the civic, but A CVT doesn’t belong in an Integra, especially consider DCT was available in the ILX

Figures a CVT. Same as previous years no refresh.

Your RSX was not an Integra
    It was a Prelude
Acura bought the production line from Honda

In Japan they called it the Honda Integra. DC5. Not that there's anything wrong with the Prelude. Love that car too.

100% agree on paddle shifters. 90% of the cars they put them on aren't sports cars, nor do their typical drivers want to manually shift gears. We had a Dodge minivan 25 years ago that had paddle shifters on it and even the salesguy said 'yeah, I don't it either'
I'd love to see the statistics on how many people actually use them.

I don't use mine 90% of the time. However if I want to have some fun I'll put my integra in sport mode, throw the gear shifter on sport, and use the paddles.
