Yesterday I did a meditation on my 😮soulmate, and I got the word "what" it was so clear
So accurate. I’m an empath. Ex was bipolar and narcissistic. I’m optimistic and positive. He was very negative, depressive and anxious. He would isolate for days, while I would take care of our kids. Ultimately, after years of draining me, I ended things. We are still living together under the same roof for now. I have to set boundaries with him, otherwise he tends to drain me very quickly.
