I see nothing wrong with crying and letting your emotion out for a few seconds, its not really healthy to bottle up your feelings and ignore them cause it can lead to feeling numb and then suicidal...speaking of suicide, I believe men are always winning those statistics so I guess crying isn't so bad after all
