Like all of my sound bath videos, this one is best on good speakers and headphones.
This sound bath is a very slow, relaxing experience that helps you calm the thoughts plaguing your mind and relax your physical body. It creates the perfect environment for your mind to be an open channel for new information and wisdom to come to you and help bring you peace.
You can use this sound bath simply as a way to relax your body after a long day, or you can take it a step further and try meditating with it, seeing how deep it takes you to a new place.
I actually tested this with a simple walking meditation through some trails and it was wild what info came to me as I cleared my mind and just observed the forest around me while sinking deeper into this sound bath.

I listened to this last night. The past few days I've had multiple really intense nightmares every night. Last night I did too but they ended up happier, I'll try to listen again while sleeping and hope it helps me get some better sleep.
