This comes from Mike Stock one of the producers. He said Des was brought in for the Jerome part as their voices are similar, another singer for Robson and a third for high notes for Robson. He does say Robson and Jerome's real voices do feature though. But it is true they took a lot of flack at the time and when Dyer came out it didn't help things. It was much more common back then, personally I think it's a bit of fun but what you're hearing here isn't them.
Loved these both so much in Soldier Soldier, when they both sung Unchained melody in the series you could tell they sounded amazing together and this shows it even more, well done boys

I knew these two as actors and liked them both. Then one day I heard them sing and it was love at first listen! They were amazing. 71 years old and cane believe I never heard of them before six months ago.
I only wish I could meet Jerome and Robson. At 63 years of age I know this won"t happen. I lost my husband 16 years ago and this song just tears me apart. I love there music. Maybe if they come to Baltimore, Md I would love to go see them. Health and happiness to both. Love you guys.
