VW T1 Camper bus split window for sale in Sweden

Exterior: Have a look at this cool VW T1 Camper bus! It had an extensive restoration recently. It was completely cleaned from all rust and fitted with new panels, then built back up again and refurbished inside as a camper. New blue paint on the outside in the original colour Taubenblau L31. One door on the left side of the VW T1 to enter the combined kitchen/living room/bedroom and one small door in the back on top of the engine. The 1965 VW Bus is in excellent condition outside with a very good paintwork. Everything underneath the T1 was sandblasted, repaired and then coated with a new layer of stone chip protection. Rust protection has also been done to give the restoration a long life.
Interior: VW T1 Camper drivers are not spoiled with a lot of dials and levers. Nice clean dashboard with a vintage radio. Under the seats are still the original rubber carpets. But, otherwise it is all new up front. In the back as you can see in the pictures, the VW T1 bus has a washing bowl mounted on the counter. All new refrigeration, counter and drawers from Ikea. There is a foldable “Rock n Roll sofa” bed that is easy to access. Once the bed is folded, there is a thin mattress to go on top to make it smoother. There is also a specially designed set of blinds that go with the car.
Engine: The original engine block has been replaced for a new identical one. Gearbox has normal sound and function. Brake system has been completely revised and stopping power is good.
History: This VW T1 Split Window bus started its life off serving a small local electrician in Sweden. Later on, it was retired and used more as a hobby vehicle. Then finally in 2016-2018, it was time to give the bus a new life. It was restored by a professional workshop in Malmö and just about every detail was reworked. The work has been photo documented and is supported by many big invoices for labour and parts. It is now standing as you see it here in the pictures ready to go to work again. This is a T1 Bus that has been very well-documented throughout its life. Inspection documents dating back to the seventies and forward.
