I was 17 and working at Sound Warehouse in Dallas. *The Cult's* _Love_ had an immediacy that added color to my, till then, Metal palette and enriched my musical landscape.
Anytime the Cult came on the Radio I would crank it up. This Band was so under rated. Their straight up Rock sound is timeless. Good Songwriting lasts forever that's the name of the game and a Great singer helps a lot too!

There is certainly great music available, it’s just not out front on display as it was up until the 90’s. Which I don’t really have a problem with because the independent bands I like don’t charge more than $50 a ticket or play in stadiums. Clutch, Lionize, the Sword, to name a few.
