Every once in a while, a magician explodes onto the scene with unrivaled talent, like a rare species of spider that has remained undiscovered... until now.
In October 2016, Shin Lim shared an instagram video of Takumi Takahashi. It quickly blew up with tens of thousands of views in our community.
As a student of the legendary Lennart Green, Takumi was showcasing Lennart's Snap ('Laser') deal with perfection and ease.
The student became the master.

It was Mr. Green's idea to release this lecture from Mr. Shin Lim to spread his name and legacy to the younger generations.
I am releasing this lecture with 100% respect to my master, Lennart Green. Some of the effects are my ideas based on his materials but I hope that everyone understands that I am not claiming that these are my original moves, effects or ideas. This is to support Mr. Green. I love him from the bottom of my heart.

Wow to see such beautiful magic is just wonderful. I have a guilt in regards to watching this f****& amazing magic. I had to slomo X25 an even like that o couldn't see anything. It's truly like the cards just .. poof vanish... like for reals Takumi is mighty precise sometimes I feel like even if the trick is sorta slow it can be fooling if executed with the right practice knowing your angles an how to not flash. This is just genius
