They can be different, however it’s better if they’re related to your company name. Also important is to forward all domains to your main domain if they type it in a browser
Yes Outlook works as well, best case you use both in a mix. But you need the paid business version on either Google Workspace or Microsoft Office to use your own domain for sending the mails.
Great video. I have domain on godaddy and there are couple of CNAMEs, TXTs, SRVs and bunch of other stuff by default. Do I have to edit the existing CNAME s or create new? Thank you in advance.
Thanks Mustafa! I suggest using Google and Outlook in a mix, we use 60% Google and 40% Microsoft accounts as Instantly can automatically match the account with the receiver inbox. So it send Google to google and Outlook to outlook.
bro im trying to sign up for google workspace and it saying I cant use "@" In my domain? what should I do? google never responds and their phone calls are answered my bots..
Great tutorial! Thank you for sharing 👍 One question: is it ok using an existing google workspace account to add the new domain plus new emails or would it be better for the performance to set up a new workspace account?
Ok so to understand the costs that are involved, if I have it correct there is a cost of instantly there is a cost for each domain, there is a cost for each google were space user email that I think it's $10 per month per email user and there is the cost for the verification with the SMS. Am I understanding that these are the only cost them other than the cost of getting your email list or scraping email or whatever it takes to get your list to be what you want it to be… So is there any other cost to this? How many emails a day can inch email address send?
Great and informative video😊 Thank you. I'm using a subdomain and warming up now, but mistakenly I have used my main domain to warm up and started warming up. Shall I disconnect and turn off my main domain by clicking the warm up icon? Which domain should I use?
hey, i tried to set up the SPF DKIM and DMARC on my main domain and the one for cold emailing , and the SPF DKIM records dissapeared from my main domain and its taking a while for DKIM in worksoace to start, is this normal? am I doing something wrong?
thanks for responding, you where right. it didnt save. is it normal For the DKIM record to not start on worksapce? and show the red letters?@@OmniFusionAI
Thank you 🙏 For Goddady and outlook it’s nearly the same setup, just check Instantlys tutorials for the step by step guide, it should be quite easy to do!
Thanks for the valuable guide. I have a question: in your DNS settings, you only have those records that you are using. For me, I am using Hostinger. When I go through my domain DNS settings, there are already some records with the same name. Although I added the records you mentioned in the video, such as CNAME, DKIM, DMARK, and SPF, should I delete the other records?
For DKIM;DMARC and SPF you only need one record per domain, you can delete all others. regarding CNAME and TXT records which are different be careful as that can be anything like related websites or similar.
So when you send cold emails, you're sending 50 from each of these accounts? how do you track response rates if you have 15+ accounts? I don't quite understand the value of having so many different email domains, esp if the names are weird like ceo@ . why do you warm up so many accounts?
in cold outreach, volume is key. The more domains and addresses you have, the more messages you can send per day. one email acc can send 50 Emails per day, 20 for continuous warmup and 30 cold outreach messages. So to send 300 Cold messages a day, you need 10 accs
We use Google Workspace to send emails from our own Domain. You can also use Microsoft as email provider, however Google has one of the best deliverability's in the market.
All emails send from different addresses. You set up the mails which you want to send from, the receiver sees the mail address that sends the message. You need to forward your mail domain to your website domain, so if they type the domain in their Browser, they see your website.
Thank you so much for breaking this MAN. I was completely exhausted by one thing, which is google is detecting unusual activity and needing my verification evertim I create new account. Your juicySMS insight just rocked. Do you have any solution and want to guide me in things to take care while setting up insfrastucture for Cold Email outreaches ?
@@OmniFusionAI I am encountering a lot of google detections and been needing lot of verification by google in this process. Or lets say, my users are being suspended by google untill I verify using my Phone number So what you guys use to solve this problem while creating lot of google Admin accounts?
You can use 3 domains per workspace account. So you still need 4 workspace accounts to have 10 domains and 3 mail boxes each, so you end up with 30 total inboxes.
If you want 100 domains, that would equal 300 mailboxes, which would equal 9.000 cold emails per day. You should be able to earn enough money with that kind of outreach to not care about the fee. It’s not really expensive tbh
Instead of adding additional users in order to have additional email addresses for a domain, can't you simply have only one user for the Google Workspace account, and then just add additional alias emails in Google Workspace for that user? For example, you could have the Google Workspace primary email that you create for the user, and then add two email aliases for that same user. Adding email aliases for a user is free in Google Workspace, for up to 30 aliases, if i'm not mistaken. Therefore, you would have 3 emails without having to pay an additional $12 per month for the additional two Google Workspace emails ($6 per user) for that domain. Is there a reason why you do not use this approach in your strategy?
You can’t send emails from an alias address, you can only receive emails. Instantly can’t connect to alias accounts, only workspace main accounts with own email addresses.
Thanks! There is many different ways to get the contact Info for different niches. One way is to get the Info from instagram. I showed how it works here: ruclips.net/video/BrqzQYupU6g/видео.html
@@OmniFusionAI ok what’s the cheapest way to get 100 domains ? I heard namesc gives you 3 emails but then what do I do ? How do I connect to gmail you said ?
When setting up a new Google Workspace account for each domain that you purchase, do you use a business name that corresponds and is consistent with the domain name it will be connected to when google workspace asks you for the Business Name? or do you use the same business name (the name of your business) for all of the Google Workspace accounts that you create?
You can use one Google workspace account and connect 3 domains to it. For all workspaces always use real business name, it’s not connected to the domain.
@@OmniFusionAI The general advice seems to be that you should have 3 emails accounts (1 email account per workspace user) for each domain that you create, and that each email account would send 50 emails per day, which would total 150 emails sent out for each domain that you create. Your approach seems to suggest to create 3 domains, and then connect all 3 of them to the same Google Workspace acccount, and the result would be 3 separate users per domain, where each user will send out 50 emails from their respective email accounts. The benefit of your approach seems to be that one could send 450 emails using only one Google Workspace account (3 users for each of the 3 connected domains, with each user's email account sending out 50 emails a day). However, what if you wanted to send out a lot of emails (more than 1,000 emails per day), and therefore you would need more than just three domains. At some point, you would need to create more than one Google Workspace account to send a high volume of business emails. In that situation, would you still use the same "business name" for the new Google Workspace account that you will create? Or would you use a business ame that corresponds/matches with the domain(s) that it will be connected to? Thank you in advance.

If it’s a google workspace account, you can do that. Email needs to be hosted on google, not namecheap

Do we need to add our own email ids to start warmup in instantly?
what do you mean with email id? Yes you need your own mail accounts to warm them up.
how many recipients we can send an mail to per each workspace email per day?
The amount of recipients doesn't matter. You can send 50DMs per email address. 30 cold outreach and 20 warmup, every day.

Yes you can use any provider you like but I would stick to Google or Microsoft as that’s also what instantly is recommending
