Thanks, I've actually been doing meditation for the last week I saw a video by Ray Dalio and read the book "Three Simple Steps" and slowly but surely I'm becoming more and more calm. I'm better able to control my emotions as well. Thanks for the information in your video as well.
Hi @SANSANPLAYS, It's simple 1. I meditate for about 15 to 20 minutes. 2. I meditate at the start of my day before going to office so around 7:10 AM to 7:30 AM 3. Answer to how do meditate 3.1. Find a place where you are alone 3.2. Sit on bed or chair (what ever you are comfortable with) 3.3. Close your eyes 3.4. Relex your feet, legs, heart, face (basically the whole body) focus on each area let's say hands and relax then and move to the next... (this step takes me about 1 or 2 minutes) 3.5. (This is important) Focus on your breathing, as you inhale and exhale. 3.6. Yes you are going to have thoughts, when you close your eyes (that is your ego) say thank you and focus again on your breathing 3.7. Remember, we are not looking for silence, there will never be silence (like the birds are chipping / rain / milkman going on his bike) it's ok. Just focus on your breathing and calm yourself down. 3.8. Enjoy the rest of your day. Thank you
