There must be a lot of mechanically incompetent people in NYC. If they could not fix something as simple as this and other simple things you've fixed for people.
I really liked the guy that brought in the Di2 because it wasn't shifting smoothly....Bikeman turned on adjustment mode clicked the shift button a few times, set it back to ride mode and it was done....not a tool touched lol

BikemanforU I think a lot of people have the mentality that if its broke it needs to get fixed by a pro, which 80 % of the time isn't true. I guess I got lucky growing up where my dad set the building blocks for intuition and fixing stuff, doing things myself is a big plus.
There are other reasons why certain people never fix things themselves that I have run across, which were a bit hard to understand, since I have never had much contact with their "class." Certain people believe such work is beneath them. They have never had to do anything of the sort, and people of their status, which they consider the "normal" people, never do such things, because a person of refinement would never consider lowering themselves in such a way. They might chisel you over the price of your work, but they would never condescend to do such low work, no matter how much money they would save. The only reason for doing such work, in their view, can only be that a person is unfortunate enough to be incapable of something higher. I came close to laughing when a certain (male) person said they had never opened the hood of any car they ever had owned in their entire life, and they considered that normal!

Im in Nashville!!!! I have one of these razor bikes i got for free but i have no charger so i was going to make one. Also i was going to use the guts or inside of the bike for another project i have 2 ideas in mind
Idk if anyone has said this yet but actually the only thing that you install yourself are the handle bars lol so that was done by the purchaser lol

The cord connected in the handle bar is that replaceable my sons has a slit in it so now it won’t even turn on Or even charge
Bike man. I have a question on diagnosing rather it's my motor or if the batteries are the problem. How can I reach you? I am definitely buying a new chin this one I just got used is rusted but it sounds like a weak motor running but no turn. I checked the chain it's on the sprocket. Keep in mind I'm a 35 yr old mama. But I can do anything I put my mind to. So I'm wandering if maybe the battery just isn't good anymore and won't charge enough to make bike go. Only makes sound or if motors bad. I can't afford to buy both. Is there a way to diagnose without and electrical gauge showing voltage? Tia

Hi I was wondering if you could help me figure out whats going on with my razor 350. I let it charge and got a red light also but i have no sounds of the motor would i but a replacement motor or controller do you know what i could do to figure out what i'd need?

This thing is pretty cool in my opinion. I would've loved this as a kid too poor for a real dirtbike. Not to mention that appears to be a decent motor that I'm sure is just regulated down with a 12v battery and current regulated as well with the controller. Change those out with a better ecu and a couple 4S 5000mah Turnigy heavy duty or graphene lipos and this would probably be faster than a lot of the popular electric bike motors that cost exponentially more.

I got a Razor motorcycle will not charge dirt bike up it doesn't work right you won't do nothing or respond and nothing I don't know what's wrong with you probably live with their mother something wrong inside the dirt bike the chain is pop all the time so I'm asking you can I mean like really talk to you and you fix it for me I told you I'll pay you 50

excuse bikeman i have a pukka electric minibike that my uncle gave me about a year ago that had been sitting in his barn for a long time. i recently finally got enough money to buy batteries for it. ive installed the batteries and when i turn the key it will go but the throttle has no control over it and the only way to get it to stop is turnig the key off. could you please help me? thank you.
BIKE MAN...... I recently got one of these scooters. It seems to charge, the on/off button lights up red, but nothing else happens: no throttle, no accceleration, no running motor. What should I check and how do I do it? Thank you !!
Your Battery is Shot. My kids rode every Electric b4 getting Dirt Bikes. Your switch will still Power up Red, But I would say the Battery is nearly Burned out OR it could be the Charger. They do go Bad. I would buy a new Battery, install it and charge for 12 hrs if Brand new. It should work but I would buy a new charger also with it.
I fix these all the time and had the Exact same problem several times !!!!!! Good Look

I got a mx650 and the problm with mine is the mechanism in which when u go backwards the chain stays some gear or something is grinded and now the chain spins but doesnt catch the back wheel

What was the point of the ziptie though? It's spring loaded for a reason. You'd hate to have to put a serpentine belt back on... No chance in hell you're getting a ziptie around that tensioner.

my son has one of these and we have the same problem. I can promise u that the chain on the bike u fixed probably has come off another dozen or so times. as does my sons. I am trying to find out how to fix this from happening. The manuals are not the best and i have search for a video and no luck. It only (manual) shows how to replace the chain and tire. i believe i should try to adjust the tension , yes or no? i dont believe that its so long that a link should be removed,yes or no? love the video, so close but no cigar! greasy girl
