    What if your body gets big during the workout yet decreases in size shortly after?

      That is called pump and thats completly normal, when you workout your muscles get full of blood which then decrease shortly, but when you rest and sleep is accually when you get bigger muscles, you just need to work hard in gym and eventually get muscles big as your pump 💪
