I’d put Jerry Lee Lewis in there, who did some great albums in the last 15 years but seems to be slowing down as he nears 90 & poor health keep him out of the spotlight lately.
Kudos to Jerry Lee Lewis. But I'm a New Yawker and Dion is the One! Listened to him when I was 10 and Murray the K and his Swinging Soiree played Dion and the Belmonts on 1010 WINS NY. So did WABC and Cousin Bruce. Go Belmont Ave, Bronx's little Italy! Dion, been your fan since I was 10. I am 70 now. Thanks for the 60 years of memories. And all the good new stuff you are doing now too!

Dion is still kickin' it because he kicked it 30 yrs. ago and got clean...Also stayed with his wife and keeps the faith! I am the same age and have made observations thru the years...
This man’s performing at the age of 82 very well and the reason why is he took care of himself in his life he realized when he was younger he was on the wrong path and he changed his ways no more drugs no more booze probably make sure he ate properly and things like that he lived a decent life so as a result do you live longer for the most part so anyway Dion thank you for your good music over the years this is a Jim mungai from Kennerdell PA

Dion got way more blues in his older age and I'm here for it. But I do miss some of his older ways of singing. Of course, I can always listen to those songs too. It's been an interesting evolution with him, I don't know any artists that did like doo wop, rockabilly type music in the start and evolved to blues.
