I have no living family any longer as my mother passed away in August and I have no close friends but I was invited to somebody's house so Thanksgiving with about 30 people! I think I will have a nice time and it will help me not think all day about it's the first Thanksgiving without my mother. :-)

Cilantro/Culantro is fresh Coriander. Used a lot in Indian cooking as a garnish when mixed in the pot gives a very nice aroma and taste. Readily available in every supermarket.

We call it recao - Puerto Rico (Aguadillas). Can’t speak for all of PR since as you guys know there’s so much beautiful variety in our Latino culture.
Trinidadians call the Culantro. Shado Beni , we do the same in My Island St. Kitts. I also know it as Mexican Culantro or Saw tooth Oregano.... Ninette Bird- The caribbean Wife

We call it cilantro and her cilantro we call it recao o recaito. I’m Dominican btw. I was trying to decide if I should get an instant pot or the ninja foodie but since I didn’t know I could cook rice with the Ninja I was about to get the instant pot.
