I taught myself *very* quickly in Atlanta. I got myself up huge hill (we don’t even have ones that crazy around London) and this was the only way I could work out to go down it. It’s a super easy move and I really recommend it. It’s easier than it looks and it will take you down nearly vertical drops if you need it. It also just sets you up to just skate down and now it’s something I just do for fun and if I start feeling myself lose it, I just drag my stop. :D Nice breakdown.
I love that you have the camera on your feet and some different views. I definitely need to practice this on leveled ground, but I feel like seeing it up close will be helpful. Now... need to find courage.

thanks for this! i've been meaning to try street skating in London for a while now, but the first time i tried it, the vibrations and the little dips and whatnots of the pavement just made my heart jump every second hahaha Either i need to get over it or i need better wheels! I'm on the hunt for a good hybrid pair for London streets and rinks ^_^
