@@charygariammai5792 It depends upon your rank and the order of ur web options, In 1st round all Top clgs are available for selection , but in 2 nd and 3rd rounds they will be filled, so in 2nd & 3rd rounds we have to select remaining left over clgs only.1st round is crucial to get better clgs
