I loved the idea of Barron going to a community meeting to plan a home expansion for a neighbor. What a great community, we should all live like that. Thanks for sharing.

I'm with Barron on this one. Mittens want to pee on feet. Mittens are divisive. Mittens pit innocent thumbs with good hearts against conniving phalanges seeking to overthrow hands. the patience and amount of training you guys are doing with pilot is heart warming. I wish i would have thought to train our dog with the vaccuum when she was young.
CRATE “TIP” you can usually get a crate divider, it’s a little panel of the fencing that you can hook on as a wall to adjust the size of sleeping space. It was great when our girl was a growing pup!
I find them useless and can be dangerous if pups try to get out. I toss them when I get them. - but everyone has their own ways. Crate training is the best. My girls(chocolate labs) all love their crates.
I love how German shepherds have to grow into their ears!!!! Lol so precious!! I was lucky enough to grow up with 2 consecutive shepherds ended up being our family dogs!! Kamp is an awesome big brother

So that song that Barron was singing? I freaking love TALK. Glad that I'm not the only one that finds scrap yarn and starts making stuff with it immediately lol
Thanks for the new video! I really appreciate watching "a day in the life of . . . " I am really impressed with Pilot's training to be incorporated into your every day life. You threw the toy and then gave the "leave it" command; and she DID!! Training your new dog NOT freak out around the vacuum is a challenge--we finally just started calling it "the big wind machine, and moved on to the next task. Pilot's eyes (1:34) are SO endearing--yep; she's HOME, safe and secure! 🐾♥
Great job Elsa on the green pillow and dog toy that disappeared! Glad to hear you’ll be taking your scamp out for a winter trip soon. Always enjoyable to watch you guys doing whatever. Thanks for all the hard work! ❤
My German shepherd sleeps the same way on her back feet up. First time I've ever seen a dog sleep like that lol. My dog looks exactly the same as pilot but full grown 💗 pilot is so cute 😍
those ball launcher stick things are awesome, my shepherd LOVES his. I have a chronic pain illness, so without it I could only throw the ball a few feet, leaving my dog looking at me like "you really expect me to go and get that?"... but with that launcher thing, that ball easily reaches the other side of the field, making my dog a much happier and way more challenged camper. Though these days, we use it a lot less frequent as my boy is 10 years old, and even though he would never want to admit it, he is slowly starting to show signs of old age. His eyes are getting a little cloudy, he gets a little stiff in the joints some days when he has either been doing too much or has been laying still for a while, you know, the usual old age signs that it is slowly starting to be that time to really be aware of making as many good memories as we still can, and to really enjoy the good days as long as he's still got them... So we use the launcher less and our walks are a little calmer most days, couple easy walking laps around the local park or such, but the times we do take the launcher with us he starts excitedly prancing in the living room before I have even put his leash on, and he doesn't stop until we are at the dog park/field and that first ball gets launched, haha.
I love the crocheted pillow (pattern and color) and the filling for it was genius. I'm twice your age....but like they say, you're never too old to learn....yip-skiddley-doo xoxo
That is a very typical shepherd way of sleeping, And it is also a very good indicator that she is perfectly happy and comfortable and feeling safe with you and in your home (she wouldn't leave her most vulnerable body parts unguarded like that if she wasn't), well, apart from when you need to vacuum maybe ;P
Why cage sweet Pilot at all, and when does that sweet darling going to get her own chair. Elsa and Barron y'all have really come a long way. Keep up all the good work. Much love from Chicago 🌸🥀
