I work as a chef at a care home where we have residents that have gluten and dairy intolerences. I can tell you right off the bat that it's way easier to make gluten-free alternatives than dairy-free alternatives for most things. I'd go gluten-free over dairy-free any day.
Mrs Lush you should try the So Delicious brand frozen coconut milk "ice cream". It is fantastic! Also jovial gf pasta is my fav. No gluten or dairy here.
As far as the first question goes, I would have to go with quality over quantity. Yes, jail is less time which is appealing but a coma is like sleeping for 10 years and then you wake up. I would assume that jail life is pretty nerve-wracking, having to watch your back all the time and counting the days until release so I would go with the coma and have a nice 10 year nap. I'm sure there can be bad things about a coma, like if you're stuck in a perpetual nightmare but the coma still seems like the 'nicest' or 'easiest' way to go. Plus, I was thinking that a coma would be a sort of clean slate, meaning that you have been living on intravenous 'food' and are free of chemicals after 10 years while also (most likely) losing weight and being at a peak weight. The muscles may be a bit atrophied but a little physical therapy and plenty of walking will take care of that. You would be a non-smoker (if you smoked before), you would be peak weight, you would be chemical free, non alcoholic or drug user, like I said a clean slate. If you had a faithful spouse that stuck by through the coma, then you would be lucky indeed and continue in wedded bliss but, if not, you would be in prime condition for dating and would have a hell of a conversation starter. I actually have a allergy to dairy. It makes me so sick that my body umm voids everything all at once (i also have hypoglycaemia, so this means my blood sugar will drop soon if I don’t get sugar into me- but I can’t keep anything down) I also will get seizures, fainting if I’m not seizing, and fever. If not taken to the hospital within 30-90mim, I would die. Thankful it’s not an instant thing- there’s more time than say- someone allergic to peanuts. However.. it still sucks. Dairy is in EVERYTHING! Last year I had a “dairy free” cinnamon bun and ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks If I could pick.. I’d be allergic to gluten. I’ve had gluten free stuff and it’s fine. Fake cheese tho… it’s not it

I would definitely pick running in extreme heat because hyperventilating especially for extended periods even when it’s in the 30s is painful, and it doesn’t matter how many layers you have. Sub zero would be excruciating
the make chickpea noodles that are great and they have the bonus of containing mad protein, and have def found some good ass GF pizza out there...I think giving up gluten would be way easier than that hot cheese action.
