Emanet is great because of the insane chemistry between two actors - Halil Ibrahim Ceyhan and Sila Turkoglu. However evil is well loved there and good people suffer and even die very often. Love or calling out sb that you love him was forbidden like Lord Voldemort name, but overal if you watch it , you will be enchanted with the main pair.
Meryem is actually a remake of Korean drama called Secret love (2013) . Overall it’s too long,too many evil characters. But love story between main leads is nice,and the main actress did excellent job . Her acting skills are excellent.As for Waiting for the sun ,again another remake of Korean drama Boys over flowers. Again way too long .
From this list I’ve seen majority of them but the best one (in my opinion) is Elimi Birakma and Gunesi Beklerken. If you are into family conflict, mysteries and the angst then EB is for you. The leads are well suited and the chemistry is amazing. If you are into teen, college romance then GB is for you! This show is a perfect definition of enemies to lovers. It starts with bullying and then to undying love with loads of drama!! 😍

best turkish serial which I saw is Emanet.. in just one sentence: It is Extra ordinary long drama movie.. I have watched 315 episodes so far and am sure that am going to watch it all over again! and follows it Don't let go of my hand.. really a beautiful story with performances.. you all must watch these 2 series. Emanet is a deep story with great performances by the cast.. loved it.

Love Sila, Meryem is the absolute best and Turkish drama I’ve rewatch and Zemheri ( not shown, but very good only rewatches, like Emanet, but keeps villain too long, no kisses. I’ll try Afili Ask and Elimi Birakma, now good。
Afili Ask is a comedy drama and they were in a situation where they were forced to marry and that's how their love would start andd Elimi Birakma is a sad storyline with of course comedy love suspense etc, and due to some circumstances the boy (Cenk) will hate the girl (Azra) and their love story will also start but you will be sad seeing Azra crying a lot but still I love this drama, have a nice watch!
For me Yagiz and hazan in Fazilet and hher daughters is the epitome of hate to love . In fact it was because of them that i'm researching more of turkish dramas

spoilers coming up!!! when i was young, i watched Sila as soon as it came out, and loved it at the time.. today i realize i liked a series about a girl who was under the age of 18. She got forced into a marriage with an older man, whom she'd never met before (for a stupid ritual), Also, she did not want to sleep with him. One day, he comes home drunk, rapes her, and she gets pregnant .... how did she ever fall in love with him? how did the viewers(including myself) see it, as a beautiful love story? when in reality, if it happened to any woman in real life, she would be traumatized for life ... elimi birakma and afili ask are cute and good to watch at first, then they get too long and too empty. Their stories start to get very long and very boring... also in afilli ask, the girl (ayse) treated kerem very badly. she treated him like he was the worst person on earth, believed he was heartless and acted like he was toxic, when in reality, he was always a nice gentelman to her .. don't even get me started on Hayat Sarkisi :D that is the worst female leader in the history (she was funny and weird, okey, but ...) she was materialistic, selfish, a big liar, egocentric, money-lover. She used everyone around her to get more money, more clothes, a big house, a good car .... She even pushed a drunk man into raping her sister so that her sister's reputation is ruined and she gets to marry kerem... i couldn't possibly go past 3 or 4 episodes. i tried hard to like the show because i many people recommended it, but in vain. It was just too much for me. An evil female character was just not my taste....

If you are used to short dramas, then don’t watch it. Almost all the long dramas are boring and have useless plot added as filler in the middle episodes just because people liked the drama. Also the hero is extremely abusive and not in a cute possessive toxic guy way. More of a this guy should be jail for domestic violence way.
