Awesome as always. Your work style is reflected in your videos ,flawless. You really should get an apprentice, or teach at a trade school. Can't get enough of your videos man..
Excellent workmanship as always. Thanks for your time and effort to record these jobs. I definitely learned many tricks from you especially the mini coppers.
Did the Peugeot expert clutch today that I asked you about went well didn’t bother dropping the subframe like you said and I had no problems thanks for the advice 👍👍🍻
@@WMCS it’s only possible because of people like you showing us a step-by-step guide on how to do it I literally watched the video 7 or 8 times and went for it saved me hundreds only cost me a clutch kit £230
Have come to the conclusion that a rain cloud follows you about 😂 good end to the week, weather wise 👍 great video Kevin 👍 have a nice hot weekend off 👍 👍

Great vids as always 👍🏻 Looks hard enough never mind with the rain coming on. A pop up canopy with led strip lights under it would prob be a great help to try keep dry.
Kevin-Albery Williams I see you are using an electric ratchet alot recently. Is it worth their costs? Also what do you do if the driveway isn't flat or not paved/grass??
How's it going this week? It's been absolutely roasting hot! What a contrast compared to a couple of months ago. I wouldn't fancy spending any more time under cars in this heat - it takes a strong person to endure that.
Still at it mate. .. the genuine thought that kept me going. Was if the man from Galilee spent 40 days and nights in the desert without giving up. I can surely spend a few hours out here ... ☀️☀️
Kevin I love your work... Nothing stops you... I have a question for you or any others out there can help... I have a 57 plate vivaro and I'm having to double clutch occasionally to select gears... Clutch does not slip or anything... Just a nightmare driving it like this not sure wether it's the clutch or the box itself 🤔 merry Christmas too! 👍🤘
Love your videos. Why does everyone need a clutch service in your area? most cars in Montreal (Canada) are automatic haha. Are all cars manuals in europe?

Lots of questions this week Kevin. Do your customers offer you tea and coffee? Looked like a lightened flywheel being fitted to the Honda Civic, is that correct? Also, who's were the wooden ramps? All the best, Paul
Hey Paul. Yes they always do..,, I always build a good rapport with customer before hand. They’re all very nice and kind. The flywheel on that Honda was a racing one. It was so unbelievably light .. The ramp was the customer’s own device .., it was good and handy to have as the car sat quite low.
@@WMCS It's a Honda! It will probably still sound mint at 150k miles. Wish I'd bought one of these a couple of years ago when they were really affordable!
I’ve lifted a 3 tonne Range Rover with the quick jack. I think it’ll easily lift this van. But Tend to use it for RWD mostly. Or if I’m removing the whole subframe.
Just woke up, the coffee is ready and some Kevin Mobile Clutch ! Thanks for making these videos and your time and effort! Cheers from sweden

Kevin-Albery Williams I see you are using an electric ratchet alot recently. Is it worth their costs? Also what do you do if the driveway isn't flat or not paved/grass??
That’s correct., I’d say it’s improved the overall repair times. Where is used to spin it by hand it’s now been taken over by the ratchet.
Muy bueno como siempre 👏👏👏👏 saludos desde bs as argentina!!

Quite a lot to be honest. .,,
Kevin do you cover the Hampshire area??

Those mini van headlamp assemblies are as bulky as the trans itself😆.bodyman and clutch replacement rolled into one.👍
They are indeed. I suppose it’s like trying to light a bigger fire to see how much darkness the is. 😁
Happy Saturday Kevin 🍻

Hi, how long did it take you to change this clutch on this car (the first of this video) ?
Roughly about 4.5 hrs.

that was the first time that i saw the small wooden ramps in use, was the honda lowered that much for the quickjack lift?
That was the customer’s homemade ramps. The car was sitting a bit low ..
That's a bad mamajama right there, bench pressing a trans while pumping the jack with his foot!
😁🍻
hi buddy i hope you are doing well the mechanic of the year 2021 😂
Hey.. salut et bonne journee a vous aussi.
Got a question, what in your opinion has the greatest failure rate, friction plate, cover or dm flywheel. Cheers.
From what I’ve seen. DMF fails usually about 75% through the life of the clutch.

There’s one coming up on Monday.

just curious, do you do clutches on cars where the sub-frame has to be dropped? i dont remember seeing you do one.
Yes. Have a look at the Honda Civic I posted last week.
Damn. thats a cool looking Type R. too bad we don't get those cool looking honda's in the US...
To be honest it was nice and sounded mint ..
@@WMCS It's a Honda! It will probably still sound mint at 150k miles. Wish I'd bought one of these a couple of years ago when they were really affordable!
