I dumped her, been 10 months no contact. I never have and never will look at her social media. Couple months after I left her during our sons custody exchange, she brought out a downgrade for sure. I laughed so hard I felt bad 😂🧐🤣🤣 . Not trying to be mean, but together as a couple they looked downright foolish, cuz you know the narcisist has to drastically alter their appearance. That lasted like 3 months. Forgot to mention I got a no contact order against her, so she cant hoover, unless she wants jailtime 🤷♂️

You are so right! The narcissist I was involved with don't have any social media skills so she loves to call or text with her crap! When she ghosted and started the smear campaign I ignored her and it drove her crazy! You are on point about the way they act out in the public. She was always saying things to people she didn't know and sometimes it could have led to fights. She flirted with men right in front of my face and even exchanged phone numbers with them and dared me to say anything about it. I accepted the discard and I'm not looking back because I'm enjoying the freedom and peace I had lost in dealing with this "backwards flying pigeon"! Lol. No more narcissist forever!

She is correct give them absolutely nothing!they look for any reason to engage with you no matter how big or small it is they feel they need to manipulate and see how much of a crack in the door they have to get back in your life…they definitely will pick up someone who is a complete downgrade to cope with the fact you will no longer give them the opportunity to destroy your life and make you miserable and when you don’t react to any of their foolishness they go completely crazy be silent towards a narcissist it’s the sweetest revenge on them
They want to see you come back BEGGING. They want to see you leveled and they will use any form of reverse psychology to get that. You can play the game right back, and don’t even give them the satisfaction of noticing they are gone
When he discarded me he KNEW I told him not to ever contact people in my family. Before I know what I know now- I was angry with the things he did. He set me up with the reverse Hoover by calling my dad on Father’s Day. It made me angry, but not to the point where I had to contact him. I ALMOST did but Holy Spirit reminded me-Nope. He’s to afraid to call me bc he knows I will get in that behind, so he still contacts my family hoping I will call him to argue. I SEE YOU DEVIL and it’s not happening

He posted her around Christmas, my favorite holiday! Took it up a notch to invite her over his sisters house along with her children, playing with his nieces. Posted all of that on Christmas, safari animals look better than her. She looks like something out of a swamp. I knew her and she followed me on Instagram the whole time prior. Took him two months; around Valentine’s Day for him to try and reach out to me. I blocked him from everything! He popped up on my friends birthday uninvited two weekends ago! And I left soon after. Loser! He should stay here he been at!

The funny is thing is now I'm listening to all this information. I realize how much she was trying to bring me closer with the soft discard. I never reached out. I was just a little fool. Falling for the I miss you and coming to my house. She humiliated me on holiday. Pretty much isolated me the whole trip.Try and make me jealous with ex she used to date. I would so go be with him if you like. Then kick off that I wasn't too bothered. I just learned to navigate how she was moving. I left her last year when she wanted me to move in and pay for her bills/kids. I told I want more for my life and I walked away. No contact for almost ten months then the flying monkeys.started showing up. She was at the same place I was. I just ignored her. I wish her all the best. Id rather be alone now. Don't keep friends or anything. Just realized this world is full of narcs and users.

I received a reversed hoover, and it was so weird , he had been gone for quite some time, like almost 1 year… he mailed a brand new pair of shoes for himself to my house … at first I didn’t understand, why would he mail shoes to my home… it took me a moment, then BAM , it came to me, he wanted me to call him to let him know I had gotten his shoes , and possibly to tell him to come over to pick them up, but NOPE ! I marked on the package… RETURN TO SENDER NO LONGER LIVES HERE AND DO NOT ANY PACKAGES/ MAIL IN MY MAILBOX OR ON MY PROPERTY FOR THIS PERSON!!!!

My narc ex made false claims about abuse and removed the kids through a restraining order for a month. We went to the hearing for the order and the narc asked the judge to reduce it to a no neg contact order and told the judge they wanted me to have weekend custody. Watch this channel taught me this was a Hoover attempt.😂

1 of the things I find with narcissists are they r STOOPID LMMFAO mine decided that he no longer wanted my number after I tried to tell him that my mom was extremely ill we had no idea at the time what was wrong with her he decides to threaten me saying if I didn't call him we were breaking up I'm not about to put u be4 my mom so I gave him what he wanted I changed my phone and number blocked him out of my social media been almost 2 years that same night I ripped up his number

Once I found out this bird had gotten married, I did find the new wife's social media page. I saw selfies of her while in his truck. She's supposedly an Apostle, found a few videos of her yelling and one video in particular where apparently he was recording her while she was doing a bible study and during her introduction, she mentioned him as her husband but it was really weird, almost like she was forced to say his name but never any pics of them together on any of their pages. I saw videos of her selling 2nd hand purses and these makeshift makeup baskets which I knew he was trying to make her like me because I have a REAL small business. Also, a mutual friend mentioned to me that when he met her, the 2 of them just didn't look right. I was hurt but after much thought, I knew he'd found a doormat all to make me jealous. I blocked him and her from all my sm pages long time ago and stopped looking at both their pages, realizing that there's really nothing to look at because it's all a circus. I actually feel sorry for her because from what I saw, she's older looking and desperate. She looks like she's been wanting someone to take care of her...good luck.
