- Welcome to this week's Yin Yoga for Lower Back Relief-a gentle, restorative session designed to ease tension, improve flexibility, and bring deep relaxation. 🌿✨
In this 60-minute practice, we’ll focus on soothing the lower back with poses like:
🧘 Knees to Chest - gentle decompression
🐱 Cat-Cow - spinal mobility
🍌 Banana Pose - side-body & lumbar stretch
🧱 Supported Lumbar Stretch - block-assisted release
To wrap up, we’ll enjoy a 10-minute relaxation with tennis ball massage for the shoulders, followed by a calming meditation to leave you feeling refreshed. 🌙💆
🔹 Props needed: 2 tennis balls & a yoga block.
