try to gather proof on email from them like ask for some of the costliest property in maldives water vill and they will decline saying no availability and es type ka proof gather krei and send these proofs to your cc company and your charge back case will be strong

if u tried through credit card put a dispute request and before that get proof suggesting what was promised is not being delivered by merchant.
I could recover 2.15lakh by filing FIR to police.
