Ragash is a mainstay of my account. He may not do a lot of damage for YOU, but he out-damages all my other Champions! (Which may be more of commentary on my other Champs than it is on Ragash, lol!)
Completely understandable. He is a viable champion, I just happen to have better alternatives- but not everyone will
I have pulled ragash in my 2nd month of playing. I absolutely love him, but you're right, he's not a very god damage dealer.
he'a a more round all-in one champ: crowd controller, debuffer, buffer and a damage dealer
he's the perfect progression champ, with amazing crowd control, survivability, and hits pretty good.
is he an end-game champ? very likely not
You need to play a lot longer than 2 months bc ragash is a huge damage dealer and is very end game

Candi in plat at any level? I actually thought he was not viable enough for that to this day, sure given its low level plat but still?
candy might be still good for gold arena but in plat hes trash
