You guys have asked so much and here it is: the recipe I use to make Pão de Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread)! The recipe literally takes only 10 minutes to do (aside from baking time). It's sooo delicious, once you eat 1 you wont be able to stop, I swear! I hope you like it as much as I do and if you make it, be sure to tag me on Instagram!
Ingredients:
500g Povilho Azedo
2 Large Eggs
400g Mozzarella Cheese
100ml Vegetable oil
100ml Milk
100ml Water
1 full Tablespoon of Salt
Heat the cheese balls in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Yassss Camila. I was so sad that the Brazilian Café in my neighborhood closed last year, the couple who owned the place would make fresh batches of paõ de queijo everyday. I’m buying these ingredients and making this for my quarantine and chill session. 😋
You don't understand how happy I am to see this! When I was still living in Lithuania (I now live in the UK) there was a small bakery next to my school so every morning before going to school I would pop in there to get some of this Brazilian bread as it would sell out within the first hour of opening. It was literally the most delicious bread/pastry I have ever tasted! The bakery closed down more than 10 years ago but I never forgot the taste of the bread, I am so glad I saw this popping up on my suggestions as I will definitely be making this! Obrigado! ❤️🙏

You made me crave some, I luckily had some frozen ones! I was going to have my grandmother teach me but I'm going to impress her and show her I learned on my own. I'm from Ecuador and we grew up eating "pan de yuca", later I learned this originated in Brazil. We eat them in my hometown with fresh fruit smoothies or coffee of course 🖤

I’m from Minas too❤️. I do the same way as you, but I like to put some Parmesan just to give it a stronger cheese flavor. Sometimes I mix ham in little cubes with the dough, it takes it to another level. My fiancé and his boys love it. Guys you need try this recipe.

I just came back from Brasil a few months ago and I was craving these cheese puffs and randomly came across your video. I wasn’t able to find the yucca flour near me during this time but I subbed it for tapioca flour and it worked perfectly fine as well! Very easy to follow, plus I loved that you didn’t use any mixers .Sooo happy I found this recipe from you! Thank you for sharing ! Thu Vu I’m Brazilian but I’ve lived in the US for 2 years. I had the same trouble finding Polvilho/yuca flour here and I ended up using Tapioca Flour. It’s really work as good as polvilho!

I enjoyed the way you explained. Very thorough. Btw it is 350 Fahrenheit or about 170 Celsius. Just being picky 😜 I did this recipe but placed it in the middle rack with heat under and above (not fan). Worked well and no darker bottoms 👍. Your kitchen is divine !

I think most people eat cheese bread in the afternoon as a snack with coffee (usually between 4h or 5h PM) or in the mourning for breakfast. Lunch is usually at noon or 1PM and dinner at 8PM, so the pão de queijo is perfect for a snack in the afternoon

Made these and they were super! I froze the leftover dough in balls in a ziploc. How do so bake them now. Let them thaw out and then bake 20 minutes or bake straight from frozen for how long. Thanks so much.

Andrea Ghirawoo I just estimated it. The cheese has salt too so go with a little more than a tsp. She uses a regular food spoon so I kind estimated it.
Nunca amassei essa massa assim. Sempre fiz como diz no pacote, a mexer com colher de pau.. E já experimentei fazer na thermomix também!

There are some classical Brazilian coffee brands like Pilão, 3 corações that you will be able to find on amazon. However, it is usually ground coffee, so it is not so fresh. But you can find brands in the US(for example) who sell Brazilian roasted coffee beans, it is an alternative!

PLEASE whoever is gonna cook this recipe, DO NOT use one tablespoon of salt!! I just followed her instructions and it ended up extremely salty... one teaspoon or no salt at all would be better. Mine went to trash :(
nathaliavideos10 oh no! Maybe cause your cheese was already salty. Guys always try the cheese first, if it has salt already don’t need too much.
@@marielawitham6090 I second that, mind the cheese you're going to add to your dough. The salt and the fat in the cheese have to be considered. In this recipe I think she used mozzarella cheese, which can be very salty and fatty depending on where you bought it, so yeah be careful with the salt if you use that cheese.
Same thing happened to me. I couldn’t even eat after too much salt. They ware completely lost. 😞
