Caleb only outdid Caitlin because Fanatics didn't have enough jerseys in stock. My jersey which I ordered anyways is not showing up until August.

I won’t receive my jersey until August too! It’s so frustrating that they wasn’t ready for that amount of sales. 🤧

I've been a fan and supporter of the W since the beginning and am so excited about the growth of the league! It is great to hear the commissioner clear up the NIL and endorsement discussion, as well as, recognize that the rivalries and multiple players current and past have contributed to the boom and growth of the game today.. Here's to hoping that the league fully capitalizes on the moment! Go W!!

People want to watch Caitlin play because she's an amazing player. She can really shoot!!! That's why people like watching her. We are in awe of her shooting skills. There is a percentage of WNBA players that are not that exciting to watch. There is also a percentage that are exciting to watch. WNBA needs more players like Caitlin and Reese and Boston, etc.. Boston just made a half court shot this week. That's the kind of skills we want to watch.

I love and support Angel but we shouldn’t have to lie to support Angel or Camilla. Everyone knows that the way Twitter counts views isn’t the same way RUclips or even ready TV counts ratings. They count a view as anyone who scrolls pass the video and if you looked into the Angel & Camilla livestream that had 2 million viewers the minutes for that showed that it was all 1min views as the majority and the engagement which is the real test of comments on the video; there was only 15 comments total on that 2 hour livestream. So no 2 million people did not watch a livestream of Angel & Camilla’s first game. Even if you did watch or look into her game the audience was very empty which showed that no one also came out to watch her first game either.
Whereas in regards to Caitlin Clark her first game which was also an away game in Texas it was sold out in an arena of 7,000 people and could have easily been more if they had a larger stadium. There was people that said they came all the way from states like Minnesota and New Mexico just to watch her first WNBA game.
People like to bring up the fact that Angel has more followers on social media then Caitlin but what no one understands is that Angel is a star but not due to her being a basketball player but as an influencer. People love her for her; they love to see what she is wearing, her make up, to see what she is doing, etc. they love that she is also a basketball player and support her career but they are not going out and buying tickets and watching her games; they will buy her merchandise but that’s about it. Which is why she is great for endorsements and would be great for clothing, shoes, makeup, etc. and she should do her and make that $$$. But we also need to be honest that she isn’t going to be moving the needle for the WNBA. That is on Caitlin Clark. People truly are fans of Caitlin Clark because of her skills in basketball and will come out to support and watch her games willing to travel hundreds of miles to do so. When she was a Iowa she was the only player that would sell out games both at home and away. She alone made the Iowa economy $82 million last year alone. That is what the WNBA is looking at and want to benefit from and are already benefiting from seeing that every single game of the Fever both at home and away are sold out, having to move to larger stadiums to accommodate the large demand for tickets, betting is even through the roof for the WNBA when that never used to happen before, they are already having to move to private travel accommodation to protect players due to the amount of attention that she and other new players are receiving from fans but is able to afford due to the amount of money coming in from people buying tickets, merchandise; her jersey is the fastest selling and highest selling WNBA is history, to the point that it sold more then the Dallas cowboys team sold last year alone, any merchandise of hers is selling at insane amounts; a basketball card of hers that was signed sold for $10,000, the amount of WNBA all access passes being bought this season, etc. it’s going to make it so that when they renegotiate the terms next year they will have the ability to get a better deal for being on nationwide TV, better facilities, more teams, higher salaries, etc. as long as they play this right this can be the golden era like the NBA had when Magic & Bird came into the league and saved it. Which is why many look to Caitlin & Angel as the WNBA’s Magic & Bird era.
If the WNBA is also smart they would make sure that Caitlin & Angel is both on the Olympic roster this year because it would make them not just stars in the US but internationally and grow the league to an unprecedented level that it could take off and be able to be self sustaining on its own.

Cathy is failing the wnba by not holding the leaders and refs accountable. Cmon u are Deloitte exec -- u know alll about risk, accountability, ethics. Yes it takes time but it’s in front of your face.
