Nice review, is there any midi solution to trigg the sample or the beat with an external midi controller ? If yes how the assignments works ? Is there a midi learn software or the midi rooting is automatically assigned ? Thanks 🙏
Hi there, just got mine too. Probably bought it from the same batch, September, maybe? I grabbed the same model but in green neon, so cool. So, a q...what kind of power supply are you using?..I am so confused on this, because, it has to be 2A according to the instructions and micro usb, same as the tiny cable provided on the box, right?...but, what voltage?...If you got a link from Amazon for me to figure out, will appreciate it so much. Thanks!
Hey! Congrats for the SC500! I bought mine at the end of August. About power supply, that's a good question. I simply use an Apple 5w usb charger that I have. works like a charm for me at least. I suggest you ask on Reddit r/portablism, there are more folks with the SC500, who should have more technical answers.
Haha, I didn't mean to inflict pain on anyone. As I mentioned in the video, I have no experience in scratching. Plus, I literally opened the box and tried it out. Even so, It was a lot of fun testing it for the first time. Rest assure that the plan is to learn how to use it (and to have fun above all).
@@Javeton no they didn't mean that, scratching is easier and more natural when the plates spin (y'know like a TURN TABLE should). There are some dj controllers out there which minic real turn tables and have motorized plates precisely for this reason (Rane Performer, Pioneer DDJ REV-7, etc)

mine works with every cable - and every powerbank. just give it a try.
All usb connections are 5v my friend. So you would need 5v 2A
Man Snuck into the Apple Product advertising room with his mini turntable to record this video. Props 👊👊🔥🔥😂😂

@@pockettrax You killed it! Sounds amazing already, and cant wait to see what you come up with when you get more experience
@@JeanMarcSkopek Thanks a lot! Yeah, I'm already cooking something with it
micro usb....and its trash
The fact the plate doesn't turn make this device a waste of time and money.
Aha, what do you mean? (legit question from a newbie)
@@pockettraxI bet he means like pop out the disc and turn to B side, even tho thats not the point lol.
