I want to buy only 1 unit as I run a small business and with the great work and display you put in front of us it's amazing and it's a great hope for small business. But no offence but why do I have to buy 10 units when I run a small business? ? Please clarify and I'm a genuine buyer..

I am very impressed with the overall design of your machine, but I have two overall suggestions. 1. Gear design. I noticed your gears are not optimized in the shape of their teeth, there are several teeth designs that greatly reduce both energy usage, and wear on the gears themselves. 2. The wire tension device you have relies on just the tension of the wire for precision, and you said yourself in the video "I will send you a lot of spares". This is because of the singular axis of your adjustment. You need to have two axis of adjustment, both the tension of the wire, and force of the wire being pressed against the drum.
12 mil dólares por una cortadora de tortillas artesanal es mucho dinero, no amasa, no hace las bolitas, no coce, no tiene capacidad industrial. En México por esa cantidad compras una máquina de verdad que va durar 30 años o más.-

Come on $12,000. Good luck. 600 bucks max . But is a good idea for me and my CNC school test. You can buy use machines with oven for 2000$ . Takes lots of room but you,re mass produce.
Are there websites or a way to see the different machines available? Also, do any of them that can cook the tortilla as well? After it cuts the tortilla it then runs it through a small conveyor oven? Something like that, would be great.
hi Sr. im really impressed that some that is not from Mexico is interested in building this main tool for Mexicans and does who likes the mexican unique taste,. I decided to make a coment staring with big hug because of your well done job,, even copying this machyne has its own ingenius and practice to elaborate this product. Congratulations Sr. keep going copiyng and when the time comes to your own, youll create your own product. bye and keep an eye in the price, it is way off from the original price, only if you want to do this for business. once again. Congratulations
12,000 ooh wow my friend you are way off with your price. as you know Mexicans are the pioneer of tortilla makers they invented these machines not long ago I bought one in Leon Gto. Mexico very similar to your model in fact I think is a copy of the one I got mine has a metal frame stand a floor model also just like yours just the head but I paid 2,400 so if you want to sell your tortilla makes or tortilleria you need to find a way to keep your price where you can compete with Mexican machines and as you know they are just across the border any way yours looks good at a fair price I would buy yours as well
It's a very well made machine. If had an optional die to cut tortilla chips instead of rounds I could see it being useful in many restaurants that like to make their own chips.
Due to a high volume of solicitors... we no longer provide detail specs. Each machine is priced at $12,000. If your a serious buyer, we need for you to make an effort to prove it. Thanks for your understanding.
don't be fooled! thats an old mexican invention!! for a small fraction of that price you can get one in Mexico, lot of manufacturers who have their own patents.
you tell me what kind of oven you want to use for your tortilla machine electric or gas honestly you've gone and done the hardest part and made the roller setup I'm thinking a 3 X 4 foot dubble level chain driven axles with one fall. a galvanized pipe heating supply which would be cast of course in between the grill of each level

That's what I would expect it to cost when it is custom made in such a small quantity. Chances are, the inventor will have to get a manufacturer to mass produce it at much lower cost before it will sell. It's not an easy path and a lot of devices never make it to market for that reason.
Do tortillas really have to be circular? Couldn't we cut them square with such a machine to have no leftover masa when finished. Aren't tortillas traditionally round just because you make them with a press, and when you shape a testal and press it you can't help but get a circular tortilla.

Cleaning of cylinders is not correct in case of accident protection! Because the finger is placed between the inward rotating cylinder and the rod over it, which could cause a pinch hazard! It would be useful to use some powerful plastic tool to clean the cylinders.
Is there a way to control the size of the die? Like if I wanted the machine to cut extra small tortillas is that something you can calibrate the machine to do?
Nice piece of machine you got there ciizen park. I am very interested to buy your machine. How can I order? Is this machine available for 8", 6" and 4" diameter tortillas? How can I contact you?

I purchase similar machine from China thinking that I can make Russian Pirozhki and chebureky, but I am not getting anything. The dough is just falling down, its not sticking to the rollers. Is this machine designed for tortilla only?
I"m Mexican and long time ago we have tortilla machines ( about 55 years ago or more) I think if I start checking youtube I'll find more videos about tortilla machines. now I remember the company name "Celorio"
Thank you for designing and showing this machine, very nice and robust machine, please look at a product called "Rotimatic", made in Singapore,,, just for more ideas to make it compact and ready for the kitchen counter.
+blitzkgrieg The product works well with flour tortilla, however, we noticed the surface of the roller needs to be prepped to ensure the flour does not stick to it. In addition, we recommend using a slightly larger cutter because flour has a tendency to stretch/shrink. Please contact brianwpark@gmail.com for more updates.
