Lego, the reason why the plaque is smaller is because now there are a lot of shorts creators and they can just upload like 5 1-minute videos and get that big 100K subscriber plaque. This is a problem because YT needs money to make that plaque so in order to save money, they shrunk it. This change took place quite recently and your one of the few unfortunate ACTUAL video creators who put effort in their videos to get that play button. pls heart me and also wow man!
