  • AN INDUSTRY FIRST! Let your 6.7L engine bay shine - the Pusher Coolant Reroute for the 2011+ Ford 6.7L Powerstroke eliminates the unsightly coolant riser tube and return hoses that lay on top of aftermarket intake system upgrades. This coolant reroute follows a much more direct and low profile path to help better showcase your engine bay. It also eliminates possible leaks from the multiple unnecessary connections in the factory routing. This is a must for any truck running and aftermarket intake system.
    FEATURES
    - The coolant bridge adapter is machined 6061-T6 and anodized to Pusher's signature titanium finish for superior corrosion control
    - Polished 304 stainless steel coolant bridge adapter hold down bracket
    - OEM Tier 1 Supplier sourced coolant hoses
    - OEM Style quick-connect 90-degree fitting at heater core outlet
    - Full stainless worm drive clamps
    - Developed and tested for over a year with various intake systems and turbo configurations
    - Coolant bridge adapter utilizes a double o-ring connection tested and proven to hold over 90 psi of coolant pressure
    Note: This product is not emissions compliant and requires custom tuning. Off-road and race use only.

    Not only does the stock setup not look good, it all ends up getting in the way if you try to wrench.

    Why use crappy gear clamps instead of Oetiker clamps (permanent) or constant pressure spring clamps (removable)?

      It’s a reroute kit for after you delete the egr cooler to clean up the lines so you have to get rid of the egr to run that hose

    My only concern is the effect that heat will have on the heater hose. It looks like the hose sits directly on the engine.

    • @pusherintakes
      @pusherintakes  2 года назад +3

      The part of the engine where this reroute touches is the passenger side intake manifold - its general operation temp is actually much lower than the coolant inside the hose itself. So no worries there! 😎

    Is this coolant reroute system the same as what other people sell known as the ccv reroute kit?

    • @olemiss2223
      @olemiss2223 4 года назад +3

      No, the CCV is the Crank Case Vent. It is located on the driver's side near the rear of the engine. It vents the pressure build up in the block to the atmosphere instead of sending it back through your intercooler and intake.

      @@pusherintakes I guess my biggest question would be, will there be an option for the emissions compliant trucks. It’s getting harder and harder for these trucks to ‘lose weight” so hopefully someone will come up with a way to clean up this engine bay. Even though I’d love to put the big girl on a diet.

      @@chrisgilliam8294 Gotcha. On our R&D 2021 F250 that's fully emissions compliant we did complete a "junior" version of this that cleaned it up considerably. Not sure if it's something we'll sell, or we'll just release a guide showing how we did it (because unlike this one, the emission compliant one didn't require custom machined parts). Give us a call next week at 772.212.9290 if you want to talk through what we did.
